Twin Grade T hose and HS-35 hose stop installed on this Oxy-Fuel Hose Reel Kit.

• Heavy-duty spring motor.
• Non-sparking ratchet assembly.
• Declutching arbor to prevent damage from reverse winding.
• Standard inlets: 90° ball bearing swivel joints, 1/2" female NPT threads.
• Standard outlets: male 9/16"-18 threads. Right hand for oxygen, left hand for gas.

IMPORTANT!! You must select the roller position you would like the reel to be shipped with. Choices are TR, SR or VR. See description below for instructions.

Repositionable rollers allow the hose to pay out of the reel in the exact direction you need depending on how the reel is mounted.

Roller Position TR

• Reel will be installed in the upright position at any point from floor to eye level.
• Reel will be installed on floor.
• Reel will be installed on ceiling with hose/cable to pay out parallel to the ceiling.
• Reel will be installed on truck bed or workbench with hose coming off of the top of the reel.

Roller Position SR

• Reel will be installed in the upright position at any point from floor to eye level.
• Reel will be installed on a wall with hose/cable to be retracted close to the wall.
• Reel will be installed on ceiling and hose/cable will pay out parallel to and across the ceiling.
• Reel will be installed on truck bed or workbench with hose coming off of the bottom of the reel.

Roller Position VR

• Reel will be installed in the upright position and hose/cable will be pulled straight up from the reel.
• Reel will be installed on ceiling to lift hose/cable, like in a lube shop.
• Reel will be installed on a wall with hose/cable to be pulled straight out forward.
