RETURNS<\/p>\n
You may return stock products within thirty (30) days of the product ship date.<\/p>\n
All returned items must be in their original packaging and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.<\/p>\n
Custom-made or products not stocked in our inventory are not eligible for return unless they are damaged or defective.<\/p>\n
RETURN PROCESS<\/p>\n
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team by responding to your order confirmation email or at info@pacificmarine.net to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.<\/p>\n
After receiving your RMA number, securely package the item in its original packaging and send it to an address we will provide.<\/p>\n
Please note that you are responsible for covering all return shipping charges. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.<\/p>\n
REFUNDS<\/p>\n
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your return within five (5) business days. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.<\/p>\n
Depending on your credit card company, it may take 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.<\/p>\n
EXCEPTIONS<\/p>\n
Custom-made or products not stocked in our California warehouse are non-returnable, except in cases of damage or defects.<\/p>\n
ADDITIONAL NOTES<\/p>\n
A 20% restocking fee applies to all returned products.<\/p>\n
Freight charges from our warehouse to the end user and return shipping to the appropriate warehouse are the responsibility of the customer. We do not accept freight collect shipments.<\/p>\n
Any returns must be pre-authorized by Pacific Marine & Industrial before sending the product back.<\/p>\n
