1. Stock products can be returned within 30 days of product
ship date.
2. There is a 20% restock charge on all returned products.
3. Product must be in original packing and be unused.
4. Freight charges from the warehouse to the end user and back to
the appropriate PM&I warehouse are the responsibility of the customer.
Freight collect shipments will be refused.
5. A return authorization must be obtained from PM&I prior to the
return of the product.
6. Products made to order or custom made are not returnable.
7. There are some exceptions to the above guidelines. Speak to
PM&I sales department for clarification based on specific product.
