Return Policy |

1.
Stock products can be returned within 30 days of product
ship date. |

2. There is a 20% restock charge on all returned products. |
|
|
|
3. Product must be in original packing and be unused. |
|
|
|
4. Freight charges from the warehouse to the end user and back to
the appropriate PM&I warehouse are the responsibility of the customer.
Freight collect shipments will be refused. |
|
|
|
5. A return authorization must be obtained from PM&I prior to the
return of the product. |
|
|
|
6. Products made to order or custom made are not returnable. |
|
|
|
7. There are some exceptions to the above guidelines. Speak to
PM&I sales department for clarification based on specific product. |
