In the case of product errors or product
omissions, Pacific
Marine and Industrial will, at its sole
discretion, replace the product
and pay the reasonable cost of return
shipping, if necessary, of the incorrect
or defective product.
Pacific Marine and Industrial is not
responsible for any related expenses
including, but not limited to,
additional labor charges, fees
associated with contract delays or any other costs associated with the
error or omission.
In the case of product shipment delay
caused by either unexpected circumstance
or by error - omission, Pacific Marine &
Industrial will not be held liable for
any resulting charges. Shipment
dates given are estimates only and not
binding.
