This is the highest quality macerator pump built.

Specifications:
Silicon Bronze Cast
14" length (without motor and coupling)
3" inlet and 1 1/4" outlet

Cutting Blades:
17-4 PH Stainless Steel (special hardened material) Blades and Cutters
One stationary and 2 rotating blades reduce solids to between 1/8" and 1/16"

The oil lubricated duplex ball thrust bearing is held in an adjustable cap so that the axial cutter and
cutter ring axial clearance can be adjusted from the outside without the use of shims.

Shaft Seal:
Sealed by a forced oil lubricated mechanical seal.

Seal Flush System:
Allows pressurized water to flush the pump seal cavity via a solenoid valve during operation.

Motor and Coupling:
Flexible coupling with one of the following
2 HP Motor at 3450 RPM (145TC TEFC)
1 HP Motor at 1725 RPM (145TC TEFC)
