Class A Foams/Wetting
Agents -- Class
A foam concentrate is a mixture of foaming and wetting
agents. When proportioned with water it changes the
properties of the water, reducing the surface tension and
allowing for greater penetration in all Class A fuel and
wild land fires.
It also gives the water a foaming
ability allowing it to remain and cling to the surfaces
without run off. Class A is effective in fighting
forest
fires and many deep-seated fires such as
tires,
paper, and
wooden structures.

CLASS is FULLY APPROVED by the
U.S.D.A. Forest Service as meeting ALL
of the requirements of Forest
Specification 5100-307.
It is a non-corrosive, non-toxic
biodegradable Class A fire fighting foam
concentrate – SAFE for the
environment.

Recommended application rates from 0.1%
to 1.0%. FIRST CLASS is suitable for use
in helicopter and fixed wing aircraft
equipped with buckets, water scoopers
and tanks .
Excellent for
ground
operations that use handlines,
medium expansion discharge devices and
compressed air foam systems (CAFS) as
well.

Benefits: 3 to 5 times more effective
than plain water.

CHEMWET
|

CHEMWET is a
highly concentrated wetting and penetrating
agent, which allows for quicker extinguishment
and stretches your water supply. This formula
contains anti-rust and anti-scaling agents,
which improves the longevity of storage tanks
and application products. CHEMWET is ideally
suited for use with inline inductors and/or as a
premix solution and has a penetration rate of
350% to 400%

gal of CHEMWET to 2,000 gallons of water

Benefits:
Lowest cost Class A fire solution
Note: CHEMWET does not have foaming
properties.
