For use in kitchens, restaurants, barbershops, beauty
shops, etc., to intercept and remove grease from waste water. Cleaning is
greatly simplified. Waste lines to sewer are kept grease-free. When
grease-laden waste enters trap, cold water coagulates grease which floats to
the top where it may be easily removed. Basin is of heavy cast iron and has
removable cover, which is bolted to the basin flange. A silicon epoxy seal
and four stainless steel cap screws make the cover-to-basin seal gastight.
Outlet has cleanout seal which opens readily for rodding purposes.
Also available with a grated type cover instead of solid lid, when
specified. Vent hole furnished on request. Advise location.
